Kashigaon police on April 12 filed a case against the office-bearers of an industrial estate in Ghodbandar, on the complaint of a developer, against the office-bearers of an industrial estate in Ghodbandar for obtaining a non-agricultural tax assessment order from the then Additional Tehsildar through forged signatures and application in accordance with the land ownership rights.

According to the complaint of the developer Tufel Rahi, survey no. 98/3 land belongs to him. Even though this land had already been ordered as non-agricultural, a non-agricultural application with the fake signature of developer Paresh Vora was prepared and submitted to the then Additional Tehsildar Nandkishore Deshmukh.

Subsequently, based on that application by developer Tufel Rahi, the Kashigaon police have registered a case against Mukund Dodia, Prateek Seth, Paresh Kadkia, Vijay Chandranana and other members of the Industrial Premises Organization as well as the then Additional Tehsildar Nandkishore Deshmukh.
